Above-Ground Pool Removal in the Tri-Cities
Above-ground pools have a shelf life. The liner gives out, the frame rusts, the kids grow up, the lawn underneath turns into a mud pit. When you're done with yours, we'll drain it, dismantle it, and haul it away.
How above-ground pool removal works
- Drain. We pump the pool out before any disassembly. Most yards in the Tri-Cities can absorb the water but for large pools we'll talk through where it should go.
- Cut and remove the liner. Liners come out in pieces and go straight to disposal.
- Disassemble the frame. Steel, resin, and aluminum frames all come apart with hand tools and a sawzall.
- Haul everything away. Frame, liner, ladder, pump, filter — all of it.
- Site cleanup. We rake the immediate area. We don't reseed grass or remove the pad underneath unless that's part of the agreed scope.
Typical above-ground pool removal pricing
- Small pools (10–15 ft round, intex-style): $250–$400
- Standard pools (18–24 ft round or oval): $400–$700
- Large pools (27 ft+, or with extensive decking): $700–$1,200+
Pools surrounded by built-in wood decking are quoted with the deck demo included if you want it gone. We can also leave the deck if you plan to repurpose the space.
