Spa Removal & Disposal in the Tri-Cities

"Spa" and "hot tub" mostly mean the same thing in everyday use, but if you've got a portable spa, walk-in spa, swim spa, or a built-in unit you want gone, we handle all of them.

What kinds of spas we remove

  • Portable spas (plug-and-play). The smaller 2–3 person units, often 110V. Easiest to remove — usually under $400.
  • Standard hard-shell spas. The 4–6 person family units. Most common job we do. See our hot tub removal page for details.
  • Swim spas. Long, narrow units up to 19 feet. Heavier than a regular spa, often needs cutting down. Quoted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Walk-in or therapy spas. Indoor or accessibility units. Usually means cutting through a doorframe or removing through an exterior wall — possible but quoted on site.
  • Built-in concrete or tile spas. Demolition rather than removal. We can scope these but the price climbs fast.

Portable vs. built-in spa removal

If you can see all four sides of the spa from outside the house, it's a removal job. If the spa is partially or fully embedded in concrete, decking, or interior framing, it's a demolition job — and the price reflects that. The biggest predictor of cost isn't size; it's how much cutting and rebuilding the surrounding structure has to absorb.
