What drives the price

Size of the unit

• Small 2–3 person portable spas: $250–$400
• Standard 4–6 person hot tubs: $400–$600
• Large 7+ person or in-ground spas: $600–$850+

Access to the tub

• Open driveway, no obstacles: lowest end of the range
• Through a fence gate, no deck: middle of the range
• Behind a built-in deck or indoors: higher end of the range
• Up or down stairs, narrow passages: case-by-case

Condition of the tub

• Working unit, drained ahead of time: standard pricing
• Broken, full of stagnant water: small upcharge
• Frozen-in or rotted out: case-by-case

What's included

• Disconnect from power at the unit
• Drain any remaining water
• Cut the unit down if access requires it
• Haul the entire shell, frame, and cover away
• Sweep up debris from the immediate area
• Recycle or dispose of materials properly

What's not included

• Electrical work at the breaker. We disconnect the tub but we don't cap or rewire the electrical panel. Call a licensed electrician for that.
• Concrete pad removal. We can quote this separately if you want the slab gone.
• Deck dismantling. If your tub is built into a deck, we'll cut what we need to free the tub but full deck demo is a separate service.
